This is a continuation of my previous post explaining why I am requesting an independent psychiatric second opinion.

As the owner of Jovvy Sevirino, I believe transparency and accountability matter. When serious concerns affect my safety, my loved ones, and my ability to live and work peacefully, I believe they deserve to be examined objectively.

I have reached a point where I feel that the federal avenues I have tried have not provided the clarity or resolution I was seeking. Rather than giving up, I am looking for independent professional and, where appropriate, international avenues for review and accountability.

My immediate priority is obtaining an independent psychiatric second opinion so that a qualified psychiatrist can review my medical records, medication history, previous diagnoses, and treatment history and provide an objective clinical assessment.

I am not asking people to blindly believe me. I am asking for the facts to be independently examined.

And this raises a question that I believe deserves serious consideration:

How much do you have to pay—financially, emotionally, professionally, or personally—to live safely in a democratic state like Hawai‘i while exercising your individual freedom?

And is that expectation any different anywhere else in the United States?

Individual freedom should not mean that a person has to sacrifice their safety, dignity, or ability to protect the people they love.

My purpose is not to attack an entire system or every person within it. My purpose is to seek clarity, accountability, and safety through appropriate independent evaluation.

I want to make responsible decisions that can help protect my loved ones, myself, and the people around me.

Truth should be investigated while people are still here to tell their story.
